Will's appreciation for the outdoors began in his youth while growing up in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. His desire to capture the beautiful mountain surroundings led him to taking up photography. At the age of 14 Will started with a 35mm Hanimex camera handed down from his brother Monty. For 25 years, he has attempted to capture the essence of his passion for the outdoors through his photography. Will's hope is that his wildlife photography will inspire others to protect and preserve our beautiful wild places for the enjoyment of future generations.
Will is available for elementary school classroom lectures. Presentations include a wildlife slide show, hands on animal artifacts, and discussion intended to develop an interest in ecology and conservation.

Additionally, Will has applied his experience to sports. He is available for shooting sporting events including high school sporting events, youth track, cross country, soccer, football, baseball, triathlons, running events etc. Assignments range from individual athlete assignments to team and or season coverage.

Currently Will’s equipment list includes Nikon digital and film bodies, Nikon, Sigma and Tamron lenses, and Kirk ballheads atop Gitzo tripods.
